Xiaomi will debut the Redmi Note 11T in India next week, on November 30, according to the company. It has begun to tease the phone on its social media sites, and all of the teasers indicate that the Redmi Note 11T is a rebranded variation of the Note 11 that was released earlier this year. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ smartphones were launched in China late last month by the smartphone manufacturer. As of right moment, Xiaomi only intends to debut the Redmi Note 11 in the nation, with the Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ expected to arrive later this year or early next year.
Customers of Xiaomi may now take use of 5G technology with the Redmi Note 11T. It appears that Xiaomi hasn’t released many 5G smartphones in India, mostly under the Redmi sub-brand. In reality, only one of the five smartphones in the Redmi Note 10 series is capable of supporting 5G technology. Additionally, it is expected that all other features of the Redmi Note 11T will be identical to those of the Chinese edition as well. Meanwhile, although we will learn about the rest of them on November 30, below is what Xiaomi has confirmed so far.
It has been verified that the Redmi Note 11T will include an adjustable refresh rate. This has already been verified by Xiaomi in a Twitter post. This time around, though, it has decided to remain with an LCD display. The phone should be equipped with a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz.
The smartphone will come pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 on it. The custom Android ROM, which was debuted only last year and is based on Android 11, is a relatively new development.
The phone should be equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, which will be manufactured using a 6nm production technique. According to the smartphone manufacturer, it will also be the first Redmi phone to be built using the 6nm technique.
Also on the Redmi Note 11T, Xiaomi teases the inclusion of 33W Pro fast charging capability. — The smartphone manufacturer claims that it is an improvement above the regular 33W quick charging that is available on other Xiaomi devices. What percentage of it is accurate? We’ll find out when the phone is officially released.
Also confirmed by Redmi India’s Twitter account is that the Redmi Note 11T will include an expanded RAM option. The phone is expected to be available in three memory-storage configurations: 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (all of which are expected to be available).
Xiaomi has not confirmed anything about the camera system, however we do know that the China edition had a dual camera arrangement on the back consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera and an ultra-wide angle camera. Xiaomi has not confirmed anything about the camera system. A 5,000mAh battery should also be included in the package.
In the next days, we may expect Redmi to divulge more more information about this smartphone.
