Android Studio is all that is needed to run Android 12L on Windows 10/11 or a Mac. To test the Android 12L emulator on your device, all you need to do is download Android Studio Canary, the most recent release. Learn how to accomplish it by following the steps outlined below:
To get started, you’ll need Android Studio’s canary build. To get the newest version of Android Studio Canary, click this link and then follow the instructions on the screen. You will be presented with the appropriate file based on the operating system you are using: For Windows, use ZIP, and for Mac, use DMG.
Once you’ve downloaded the file, you’ll need to unpack it and browse to the “bin” folder in your Windows directory. After that, run “studio64.exe” by double-clicking it. Android Studio may be moved to the Applications folder on Macs by dragging it there.
A window for installing Android Studio will now open. Keep the settings as they are and click “Next”. Several files will need to be downloaded from the Internet in order to complete the installation process.

Afterward, click the “Download” button next to Sv2. For those who are curious, Android 12L Sv2 is the new version we should try. Due to the download size, we ask that you be patient. With a good Internet connection, it should take less than five minutes. Finally, click “Finish.”
Click the “Play” button under “Actions” for the Pixel C or Nexus 9 device we just created in the previous two stages, then return to Android Studio’s main window.

Run the following commands in Terminal after the Linux installation is complete to maintain everything current.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get update -y

Open Android Studio from the launcher once the installation is complete. The Linux folder is where you’ll find it.
After following the onscreen instructions, leave everything as it is. Finish the configuration by pressing the “Next” button. Several Internet-based packages will be downloaded by the installer throughout the process.
To complete the installation, return to the Windows/Mac area and perform step #4 there. There are no differences between operating systems from here on out.
