Paytm permits the majority of its staff members to continue working from home, even during times when other major tech businesses, such as Google, Apple, and Tesla, require employees to report to the office. The founder of Paytm, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has announced the availability of work-from-home positions in the company’s product, business, and technology areas.
While most other businesses are trying to get their employees back into the office, the founder of Paytm turned to Twitter to elaborate on the advantages of working for his firm. In his tweet, Sharma encouraged individuals to submit applications for the available positions and mentioned that the firm will provide employees in tech, business, and product jobs the option to work from home or any other location of their choosing.
The creator of Paytm posted an animated movie on Twitter contrasting individuals working from home and in an office setting with the caption, “We at Paytm allow you to work from home/anywhere for product, tech, and business jobs.” The chip illustrates how stressful life can be for those who work from an office setting.

Elon Musk and even Tim Cook have called employees back to the office, which is in direct opposition to Sharma’s policy. Musk recently stated in an email message that Tesla workers who choose to work from home have the option to resign from their positions. In the email, he requested that all Tesla employees, regardless of where they were physically located, report back to the office space as soon as possible.
Musk has also suggested that each employee at Tesla should log at least 40 hours of work time per week. “Anyone who desires to conduct remote work is required to be in the office for a minimum (and by “minimum,” I mean “minimum”) of 40 hours per week or they will be asked to leave Tesla. He pointed out in the email that this is a lower standard than what is expected of manufacturing workers.
Apple and Google are just two examples of other big businesses that have called their staff back to the workplace. These digital corporations are, in point of fact, exerting attempts to entice employees to return to the workplace. The majority of employees, on the other hand, are not really sold on the idea of working from home and are considering leaving their jobs instead. Competing technology companies are seeing this as a chance to recruit employees away from companies such as Apple and Google by promoting flexible work environments.
