And not only delete messages from their chat box; delete the message itself after it has already been sent. Nevertheless, when we are in a hurry, we occasionally have a tendency to hit the “delete for me” option rather than the “delete for everyone” option, which leads to a mess. By choosing the “delete for me” option, you may have accidentally erased a communication, but the new undo button in WhatsApp will assist you in retrieving it.

According to Wabetanifo, a website that monitors all of the most recent advancements linked to WhatsApp, the company is reportedly working on the implementation of an undo button in the near future. According to the screenshot, when a user selects the “delete for me” option, WhatsApp instantly shows a pop-up asking the user if they want to cancel their action or not.

This occurs regardless of whether the user actually wants to delete the message. There is already an option to reverse previous actions in chat applications such as Telegram. It is expected that WhatsApp will use a format comparable to that of Telegram. According to this, a person will only have a few minutes, if not just a few seconds, to undo the activities they just took.

WhatsApp is planning to roll out a number of cool new features for its user base. An edit button is currently being developed for the messaging app, which will enable users to make changes to their messages after they have already sent them.

Additionally, it was discovered that WhatsApp was developing a new conversation filter just for desktop users. Users of WhatsApp Desktop Beta on version 2.2221.1 were the first to notice the new functionality, which was discovered by the website. According to the screenshot that was provided by XDA, the filter button can be found in the same location as the search bar.

When the filter is selected, WhatsApp will conceal all of the messages that you have already read and will only display the talks that you have not yet accessed. When you have finished going through all of the unread chats, you will see a button that allows you to clear the filter and return to the default display. Watching Live TV
